  • 6 boneless breasts of chicken
  • 1/2 cup butter/margarine
  • Salt pepper, poultry seasonings/onion powder
  • 1 box wild rice
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms


  • Dip chicken breasts into butter or margarine. 
  • Sprinkle seasonings on top and bake in 325° oven until brown. 
  • Add fresh mushrooms at half point. 
  • When cooked add white wine and simmer for 15 minutes more.
