- 6 boneless breasts of chicken
- 1/2 cup butter/margarine
- Salt pepper, poultry seasonings/onion powder
- 1 box wild rice
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- Dip chicken breasts into butter or margarine.
- Sprinkle seasonings on top and bake in 325° oven until brown.
- Add fresh mushrooms at half point.
- When cooked add white wine and simmer for 15 minutes more.
