Ingredients

  • 1 cooked deboned chicken - save stock
  • 2 doz. corn tortillas cut into fourths
  • 1 cup grated onion
  • 1 large bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 lb. grated cheese
  • 1 - 8 oz. can cream mushroom soup

Instructions

  • Use deep pan for casserole.
  • Layer.
  • Mix 1 cup chicken stock & mushroom soup together.
  • Pour over top & bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
