Chicken Tortilla Casserole


Ingredients
- 1 cooked deboned chicken - save stock
- 2 doz. corn tortillas cut into fourths
- 1 cup grated onion
- 1 large bell pepper diced
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/2 lb. grated cheese
- 1 - 8 oz. can cream mushroom soup
Instructions
- Use deep pan for casserole.
- Layer.
- Mix 1 cup chicken stock & mushroom soup together.
- Pour over top & bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
