Baked Chicken & Rice


Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup regular rice
- 1 chicken cut up
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 cup golden mushroom soup
- 1 cup onion soup
- 1 1/2 cans water
Instructions
- Put rice in casserole dish or small roaster.
- Add soups & water.
- Place chicken on top of this, skin side up.
- Pour melted margarine over chicken.
- Place in 350° oven for 1 hr 15 min or until done.
- Bake uncovered.
- Do not use minute rice.
- If brown rice is used longer cooking time is necessary.
