Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients

  • 10 to rtillas
  • 1 whole chicken - 2 cups cooked and cup up into bite size pieces
  • 1 lb. cheese colby, cheddar or Jack cut into 10 strips
  • 2 cups grated cheese

Mix together:

  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions

Instructions

  • Spread chicken mixture (2-4 tsp.) on each tortilla plus 1 strip of cheese.
  • Roll up, place into greased casserole. Spread extra filling on top.
  • Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes covered.
  • Then 15-20 minutes uncovered.
