- 8 Ounces cottage cheese
- 1 Cup soft butter
- 2 Cups flour
- 1/4 stick melted butter
- 3/4 Cup chopped walnuts
- 3/4 Cup brown sugar
- Blend cheese and butter.
- Mix in flour to form dough.
- Roll out into 3 sections as for pie crust.
- Sprinkle with nuts and brown sugar.
- Roll as is or cut into pre-shaped wedges.
- Bake at 375° for 15-20 minutes on greased and floured cookie sheet.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
