Ingredients

Mix:

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil

Add:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp soda salt, cinnamon & vanilla
  • 2 cups grated carrots
  • 1 cup drained pineapple (small can)
  • 1 cup nuts

Instructions

Bake

  • 1 hour - 375 degrees. 

Notes

Makes 3 lb. loaves
