- 4 1/2 Cups carrots
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 Pound American cheese
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 1/2 Cups corn flakes
- Parboil carrots until tender.
- Melt butler and grate cheese.
- Layer portions cheese, butter, carrots in a casserole and repeat with corn flakes on top.
- Bake at 325° for about 1 hour until cheese melts.
