Butterscotch Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Cup cold milk
  • 2 beaten egg yolks
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tsp. vanilla
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in the order given.
  • Place over heat and stir constantly until mixture thickens and is thoroughly cooked.
  • Pour in baked pie crust and cover with meringue made of the two egg whites.
