  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (thawed and drained)
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 6 tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 large jar Cheese Whiz
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 cup soda cracker crumbs


  • Melt 4 T. butter and cook chopped onions until soft. . Add flour and water and cook until thickened. Add cheese and mix. Stir in thawed, drained chopped broccoli. Add beaten eggs to the mixture. Place in 9x13 buttered casserole, sprinkle cracker crumbs on top and dot with butter. Bake at 325 degree - 30 min. (A Family Favorite) .
