Beer Stew


Ingredients
- 3 to 5 lbs. beef stew meat
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 cloves garlic
- 21 oz beer
- 2 pkgs. Maggie's Oxtail Soup mix or dry beef soup mix
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Cover tightly.
- Cook at 250° for 8 hours. DON'T PEEK!
Notes
Serve over noodles or rice.
