  • 3 to 5 lbs. beef stew meat
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 21 oz beer
  • 2 pkgs. Maggie's Oxtail Soup mix or dry beef soup mix


  • Combine all ingredients. 
  • Cover tightly. 
  • Cook at 250° for 8 hours. DON'T PEEK! 


Serve over noodles or rice.
