- 6 pork chops
- 1 Can cream style corn
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 2 Tbsp. butter (melted)
- 2 Tbsp. green pepper (optional)
- 1/2 Cup cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 Tsp. sugar
- Place browned and seasoned chops in pan or roaster.
- Mix together the next 7 ingredients and put on top of pork chops.
- Bake 1 hour in a slow oven 325°.
- Serve with baked potatoes and tossed green salad.
