Ingredients

  • 1 large can cling peaches
  • 1 large can apricot halves
  • 1 large can pineapple chunks
  • 4 Tbsp. minute tapioca
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Dash of nutmeg
  • Dot with butter

Instructions

  • Drain the fruit.
  • Mix fruit with tapioca.
  • Put in casserole or baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg.
  • Dot with butter.
  • Bake 1 hour at 350°.
  • Double this recipe for a large crowd.
