Baked Fish


Ingredients
- 1 Cup flour
- 2 Tsp. paprika
- 1/8 Tsp. garlic salt
- 1 Tsp. soda
- Dash of salt & pepper
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Pound fish fillets
- 1/2 Cup margarine
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients together in plastic bag.
- Then beat eggs with milk.
- Dry off fillets and dip in egg mixture.
- Shake well in flour mixture.
- Melt butter.
- Place fish in lightly greased jelly roll pan and pour melted margarine over it.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes on each side.
- Turn fillets over once.
