- 1 Pound fish fillets
- Season salt
- Lemon and pepper seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/3 Cup corn flake crumbs
- Preheat oven to 500°.
- Wash and dry fillets and cut into serving pieces.
- Season and dip in oil and coat with corn flake crumbs.
- Arrange in a single layer in a lightly oiled shallow baking dish.
- Bake 10 minutes without turning.
