Baked Fillets

  • 1 Pound fish fillets
  • Season salt
  • Lemon and pepper seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/3 Cup corn flake crumbs


  • Preheat oven to 500°.
  • Wash and dry fillets and cut into serving pieces.
  • Season and dip in oil and coat with corn flake crumbs.
  • Arrange in a single layer in a lightly oiled shallow baking dish.
  • Bake 10 minutes without turning.
