Baked Custard


Ingredients
- 3 eggs (slightly beaten)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 Tsp. salt
- 1/8 Tsp. nutmeg
- 2 Cups skim milk
- 1/2 Tsp. vanilla
- Dash cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Combine eggs, sugar, salt, and nutmeg.
- Slowly stir in milk and vanilla.
- Set 6 (5 oz. each) custard cups in shallow pan.
- Pour hot water in pan to level of about 1-inch.
- Pour custard Into cups.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until knife inserted in custard comes out clean.
