  • 3 eggs (slightly beaten)
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 Tsp. salt
  • 1/8 Tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 Cups skim milk
  • 1/2 Tsp. vanilla
  • Dash cinnamon


  • Preheat oven to 325°.
  • Combine eggs, sugar, salt, and nutmeg.
  • Slowly stir in milk and vanilla.
  • Set 6 (5 oz. each) custard cups in shallow pan.
  • Pour hot water in pan to level of about 1-inch.
  • Pour custard Into cups.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until knife inserted in custard comes out clean.
