- 6 Cups sliced tart juicy apples
- 3/4 Cup sugar
- 3/4 Tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- Preheat oven to 425°. Combine apples, sugar, and spice.
- Heap into pastry lined pie pan; dot with butter.
- Cover with lop crust.
- Seal and flute edges.
- Bake at 425° for 50-60 minutes until done.
