- 2 Quarts cooked apple pulp
- 2 Tsp. cinnamon
- 4 Cups sugar
- Measure pulp, add sugar and spices.
- Cook until flavors are well blended, about 15 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
- Cook until mixture thickens.
- If too thick, add a small amount of water for desired consistency.
- Pour hot into hot ball jars, leaving 1/4-inch head space.
- Adjust flats and bands.
- Process pints and quarts 10 minutes in canner of boiling water.
