  • 2 Quarts cooked apple pulp
  • 2 Tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 Cups sugar


  • Measure pulp, add sugar and spices.
  • Cook until flavors are well blended, about 15 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
  • Cook until mixture thickens.
  • If too thick, add a small amount of water for desired consistency.
  • Pour hot into hot ball jars, leaving 1/4-inch head space.
  • Adjust flats and bands.
  • Process pints and quarts 10 minutes in canner of boiling water.
